The Srinagar Lok Sabha seat saw a voter turnout of over 36%, the highest since 1996. The election was the first in the valley since the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019. Voting took place in Srinagar, Ganderbal, Pulwama, Budgam, and Shopian districts, with live webcasting at 2,135 polling stations. Voters showed faith and enthusiasm in the election process.
