Uttar Pradesh Police has received a DNA report, linking former Samajwadi Party leader Nawab Singh Yadav to the case of rape of a minor girl in Kannauj. DNA match confirms his involvement. Former Pune councilor and NCP leader Vanraj Andekar was killed in a targeted attack by a group of bike riders in Nana Peth. In the CCTV footage, 12 attackers are seen firing guns and using sickles. Andekar was taken to KEM Hospital but was declared dead on arrival there. The police are investigating the murder.
