With a high temperature of 41 degrees Celsius on Saturday, Dehradun saw its warmest day of the summer. The Met Department issued a warning, stating that the heat wave will persist for two to three days.
The Met Department has issued an alert regarding the impending heat wave in Uttarkahand's plains, which includes Dehradun. On Saturday, the lowest temperature in Dehradun also increased to 23.9 degrees Celsius. In addition to the heat wave, the Met Department reported that isolated areas could see thunderstorms during the next few days.

Pune murder case: Former Pune Corporator attacked by bike killers
