The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested 35-year-old Shoaib Ahmed Mirza alias Chhotu, an ex-convict in a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terror conspiracy case, in connection with Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe blast case. Mirza, a resident of Hubbali, Karnataka, is the fifth person to be held in the case.
