According to a study published in BMG ( is a weekly peer-reviewed medical journal) suggest that ultra processed foods like ice cream, ham, sausages, crisps, mass-produced bread, breakfast cereals, biscuits, carbonated drinks, fruit-flavoured yogurts, instant soups, and some alcoholic drinks including whisky, gin, and rum can increase your risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 50% and a 32% increase in the occurrence of conditions like cancer, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular issues, gastrointestinal and respiratory problems, depression, and anxiety.

A herd of buffaloes on Tuesday were present inside a pond to which they go to daily in Morena district according to the information. The incident occurred in a pond near Kheri Wala Hanuman temple of Gajadhar Ka Pura village in Tentara Gram Panchayat of Morena district. However, while they were inside the pond it was raining heavily. At the same time, lightning struck in the sky with thunder and fell on the buffaloes. Due to this incident, all the 13 buffaloes present in the pond died in agony. As soon as the lightning struck with a loud sound, the people of the village also got scared and rushed to the pond to save the cattles. But, by the time they reached, all of them had already died. Later, they took out the bodies of all the buffaloes from the pond.

A double-decker sleeper bus hit a milk tanker on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway on Wednesday during which eighteen people died and 19 were injured, The accident took place around 5 am near Jojikot village in Behta Mujhawar police station area. District Magistrate Gaurang Rathi said prima facie the bus, which was on its way to Delhi from Motihari in Bihar, was speeding and hit the milk tanker from behind, a probe has been launched into the matter, he said. Bangarmau Circle Officer (CO) Arvind Kumar said due to the impact of the collision, both the bus and milk tanker overturned. Drivers of the two vehicles were among the dead. He said the injured were rushed to a hospital and their condition was stated to be stable.
