Farmer leaders have planned a big rally in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh on 1 September 2024. They met Rahul Gandhi in Parliament to bring a private bill on his demands. They will also protest and burn the effigy of the Modi government, demanding a legal guarantee for the Minimum Support Price (MSP).
