Voting has commenced in 88 constituencies across 13 regions for Phase 2 of India's Lok Sabha Elections. Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar assured smooth polling with 16 lakh officials deployed. Over 15.88 crore voters will participate across 1.67 lakh polling stations, including 34.8 lakh first-time voters.
