On the ED's petition against the release of Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren on bail from the HC, the SC has described the High Court's decision as 'very logical'. Giving this argument, the SC rejected the petition of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). On June 28, the single bench of Jharkhand HC had granted regular bail to Hemant Soren with some conditions.
