Himachal Pradesh High Court has asked Kangana Ranaut to respond by August 21 on a petition challenging her election as Mandi MP. Kinnaur resident Layak Ram Negi had filed a petition after his nomination was rejected, claiming that his papers were wrongly rejected and he could have won the election.
